Linda King, Executive Director of SafeNet, on winning the prestigious Liberty Bell Award today at the annual Law Day Luncheon of the Erie County Bar Association.
The award is given usually on an annual basis, to a nominee who is determined to make the largest contribution towards supporting the provision of civil legal services to the members of our community!
Linda was nominated for this great honor by our CLR Attorney, Patrick Kelley. The award presentation was made by Brad Enterline, a highly respected attorney who specializes in family law and has provided services to SafeNet, PFACS and domestic violence victims for 20 years.
This is considered the highest honor the Bar presents to a non-attorney.
SafeNet thanks the Manufacturer and Business Association and the Roar on the Shore Committee for selecting SafeNet as the 2010 charitable recipient.
Thanks to all the bikers, sponsors and donors. Coconut Joe's was packed and the rain held off until the party was almost over! The staff at Coconut Joe's was FANTASTIC and a special thanks to the Sidewalk Café for helping with the food!! A HUGE thanks to our Co-chairs Ann Dunlap and Deb McIntyre and all their volunteers! See you next year! View photos of the event.
